We would like to introduce a case study of a dewatering machine for surplus sludge from biological treatment that was implemented for a certain pharmaceutical company. The company was incurring significant costs due to regular replacement of filtration media. In response, we received sludge and dewatering cake from the existing dewatering machine and conducted lab tests at our facility. We proposed the "NSC type (screw press)" and it was adopted.
